The costs for what are now legacy PG&E RE contracts were discussed a bit back in the 2012 in the Rate Design Window- “The base case scenario assumes natural gas prices that increase from $5.00 per Million British Thermal Units (MMBtu) in 2012 up to $7.57 per MMBtu in 2020, escalated thereafter by 3.5 percent per year.”
