Artsy political magazine Guernica has an interview with former Dutch parliamentarian Ayaan Hirsi Ali. Currently a fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, Ali has just completed an autobiographical book called Infidel, which describes her life in Somalia, migration to Holland and quick ascent into European politics. She’s well known in Europe as a critic of fundamentalist Islam and those who condone inhumane practices in the name of cultural tolerance. Here are some choice clips from the interview:
