What Happened to Women in Computer Science Infographic
A lot of computing pioneers — the people who programmed the first digital computers — were women. And for decades, the number of women studying computer science was growing faster than the number of men. However, in the mid-1980s, while the number of women entering medicine, law and physical science studies began to accelerate, the number of women entering computer science began to fall dramatically. Its interesting that women are not getting into computer science. Yet other sciences, like biology, they are doing quite well in. Thanks for the post.
