A very nice roundup. Studies of the reasons why people disagree with the science on global warming is often motivated reasoning.

They disagree with the proposed regulatory solutions, their costs relative to their benefits. As is common in political discussions across the political spectrum, you concede nothing and attack everything the other side says, including their science.
