I happen to agree that this does go too far.
You can look up the addresses of gun owners in the US newspapers if you are a burglar and are looking for a soft target versus a hard target. Publishing the addresses of people who are unpopular is not unknown in the USA.

The newspaper seemed not object to doing this and regarded it as in the public interest to publish this information on the addresses of gun owners. The author of the original article in the Journal News that did this got very upset when a rival media outlet published her home address.
Gotnews.com published Julie Bosman’s address in Chicago after she published the address of Officer Darren Wilson and his new wife. She wants police protection and has been calling the police non-stop complaining about people harassing her.

No mention made in the article of the hordes of illegal immigrants pouring over the Southern US border contributing to the measles outbreak.

Good point but they’re not all coming from Mexico.
Other estimates range from 7 to 30 million. According to a Pew Hispanic Center report, in 2004, 57% of illegal immigrants were from Mexico; 24% were from other Latin American countries

Like I’ve said before trust in the authorities, the experts, the powers that be is a valuable thing and once it’s is gone its gone
