NZ Initiative’s submission on e-cigarettes

The NZ Initiative is making a short submission to the Ministry of Health for ‘Policy Options for the Regulation of Electronic Cigarettes’.

I’m still at the proof-reading/perfecting stage at the moment, but thought it might be of interest to fellow submitters if I post a draft early on our blog. Plus, that way if I’ve said something totally wrong there’s still time to change it (so do let me know if I’ve screwed something up!) Submissions close 5pm, Monday 12 September so there’s still time if you want to submit too.
